- ➤ Thirteenth annual Turkeypalooza brought Thanksgiving meals and grocery bags to Athens residents in need—nearly 300 volunteers from the Athens Community Council on Aging, UGA’s Campus Kitchen, and Epting Events made over 100 meals and 200 grocery bags this past weekend. WUGA

- ➤ The Leisure Services Department will host Movies by Moonlight at Sandy Creek Park on December 19th at 6:00 p.m. for a free showing of Dr. Seuss' The Grinch with free park admission beginning at 5:15 p.m. Attendees should bring chairs, blankets, or picnics to enjoy the film and use the park restrooms.
