Wild Rumpus 2025 will bring a Halloween Mardi Gras to Athens on Saturday, October 25th as costumed participants gather at 5 p.m. at West Hancock Avenue at Pulaski Street, where local bands, a festival zone, and fire spinners will set the stage for a parade that becomes a DJ dance party until 11 p.m. — the event raises funds for a nonprofit and is led by creator Timi Conley who starts the parade by blowing a conch shell.
