- ➤ East Athens Development Corp completed two new houses in census tracts 301 and 302 as part of its Pathway to Prosperity program that offers homeownership education and money management classes to help families move out of poverty—District 3 Commissioner Tiffany Taylor said the project gives hope by showing that residents of public housing can one day own a home.
