- ➤ A homeless man named Dwayne Watson, 33, was indicted by an Athens-Clarke County grand jury on charges of peeping tom and loitering on June 22 outside an apartment on Spring Court when police received a call about unusual noises and found him with his pants down—he remains in custody without bail and is scheduled to be arraigned on October 15.
