- ➤ A Clarke County grand jury indicted Kevin Adonay Castro, 21, on charges of trafficking meth, marijuana, cocaine and THC and possessing illegal firearms under the Georgia Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act—he was arrested on June 18th and is now held in pretrial detention without bail.
