Athens-Clarke police are investigating two fraud cases as a Decatur businessman lost $304,000 after a woman and an unknown man used his personal information to access his Wells Fargo account on June 30 and July 3 plus a 75-year-old Athens businessman was scammed out of $198,000 when two unknown men obtained his account credentials from a phone call on July 30.
