CRIME NEWS

  • Boycie Howard missed his arraignment, was arrested for speeding, and after his breakdown—when he attacked a deputy—he spent 16 months in jail without trial before dying in his cell on July 8 while his family and the AADM questioned his care; officials have not confirmed his cause of death and other deaths in custody have raised concerns about jail conditions.
