- ➤ The Athens-Clarke County Housing and Community Development Department is drafting a 5-Year Consolidated Plan for FY26-FY30 that will guide federal grant funding and local activities + it will accept public comments from May 8 to June 8, with submissions available by email or phone and hard copies for review at local offices. - ➤ On May 6, the Athens-Clarke County Mayor and Commission granted a special permit to rezone the historic Saye Building and discussed several other zoning requests.
