- ➤ The Athens Downtown Development Authority announced a new parking app to let visitors pay on Dougherty Street using AIMS Mobile Pay or AMP starting this spring — eventually replacing all metered downtown parking. Drivers must download the app or visit the website and set up an account with card details. WUGA
