HY Steady Flow is a slower flow class designed to create heat through longer holds with a strong emphasis on building strength and alignment. Class ends with a relaxing deep stretch series and a juicy savasana to help you unwind. Perfect for all levels, including beginners interested in building a foundation to transition into the All Levels Heated Vinyasa classes. This class is one hour and heated to 93 degrees.
