About this event

Dialogues returns this fall with Dr. Sheri Dorn. Since 2012, this lunch-and-learn series has brought UGA faculty and staff together to explore a thematic area with a faculty subject-matter expert. Please join us for Dr. Dorn’s framing of the topic, followed by small-group and general discussions. Lunch will be provided.

Dr. Sheri Dorn’s research centers on the relationship between people and plants, including therapeutic horticulture benefits for special populations and the utilization of horticulture-based citizen science for social engagement. She seeks to measure the social, emotional, and educational impacts of gardening and plant-based activities.
